Time Well Spent 002: Your Impact as a Father
Yesterday was Father's Day, a time for celebration and reflection. As I look back on my journey over the past two years as a father, I'd like to share a few thoughts that have resonated with me.
1. The Power of Actions and Words
I've learned that my actions and words hold immense power within our home. Every interaction, from the way I speak to my tone, facial expressions, and even my posture, is noticed by my children. It's a constant reminder to be mindful and intentional with how I communicate and present myself. Our children learn more from what we do than what we say.

2. Finding Time for Yourself
Balancing personal time with family responsibilities can be challenging. To get things done, I've found that carving out time during early mornings or late nights, when the house is quiet, is most effective. It's important to have moments for yourself to recharge and stay productive without interruptions.
